Behind the Wheel Included

The Duluth Public Schools Driver Education Program will be offering driver education classroom instruction via Google Classroom/Meet software. To participate students must have an ISD 709 email account.  

15 ngôi nhà đáng tin cậyDriver education classes are offered at Denfeld and East High Schools.  The program features 32 hours of classroom instruction leading to the permit test followed by 6 hours of behind the wheel instruction.

Classes are open to students 15 years of age and older who reside or attend public school within the Duluth School District and have their parent or guardian’s permission if under 18.

Online registration for spring classes will take place in January/February.  No dates have been set yet due to the uncertainty surrounding the pandemic.   If you would like to receive a schedule through the mail please call 336-8760 ext. 3 and leave your mailing address or email thomas.margo@isd709.org  

Fees:  The cost of classroom and behind the wheel is $400 and must be paid when registering using Visa, MasterCard or Discover.  When registering please use the student’s full legal name and include student’s date of birth.
